The producer arranges the delivery of wine for private and commercial customers with an address outside Bulgaria, within the European continent. All products available for delivery in Europe are explicitly marked in the online store with a sign EU DELIVERY.

The manufacturer arranges delivery of products for private clients with address outside Bulgaria, within the European continent, where the courier has the opportunity to deliver goods.

All products designated for delivery within the European continent are explicitly marked in the manufacturer's online store with a sign „EU DELIVERY“.

When ordering, each customer register an account in the manufacturer's online store and receives an ID and password for access. The account includes: two names, email address, phone number and shipping address.

Delivery to the customer's address is organized upon placing and paying for an order of a minimum quantity. 6 bottles of wine (750 ml). The price for delivery within the European continent is 9,80 € and is included in the total amount the customer must pay.

Free shipping to the address the customer receives when an order is placed and paid for, including a minimum 12 bottles of wine (750 ml).

The delivery process of the ordered products has started. after payment of the order. The customer receives waybill number and the ability to track the shipment.

The manufacturer assists in obtaining compensation in case of problems with the delivery of the ordered products.
