1. The manufacturer organizes delivery of products for customers with an address within the European continent, outside Bulgaria, where the courier has the opportunity to deliver goods.
2. Each customer registers an account in the manufacturer’s e-shop and a username to access it.

3. Delivery to the customer’s address is organized upon a placed and paid order for a minimum quantity of 6 bottles of 750 ml. Delivery price within the European continent – 9.80 euros.
4. Free delivery to the customer’s address – upon a placed and paid order including a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 18 bottles, 750 ml.
5. All products that can be delivered within the European continent are explicitly marked in the manufacturer’s e-shop with the sign „EU DELIVERY“.
6. The process of delivery of the ordered products starts after payment for the placed order. The customer is given the opportunity to monitor the delivery date and day to the address specified by him.
7. For customers outside Bulgaria, exclusive promotional packages are offered, different from those for Bulgaria.
8. The manufacturer assists in obtaining compensation in case of problems with the delivery of the ordered products.

B2B

1. The manufacturer organizes the delivery of products for commercial purposes to customers who own retail outlets or electronic trading sites with an address within the European continent, outside Bulgaria, where the courier has the opportunity to deliver goods.
2. Those wishing to receive the manufacturer’s products for commercial purposes must have the necessary tax and customs registration for the import of excise goods into the respective country.
3. The terms of trade, including prices and delivery costs, are negotiated with an authorized sales manager, the terms are written in the customer’s account and can only be changed by an authorized sales manager after negotiation with the customer.
4. Each customer has the opportunity to place orders through their account using a username and access code. /The account includes: legal entity, tax number, customs number for trade in excise goods, purchase price of the products, name of the commercial establishment/operator, two names of a contact person, email address, telephone number, delivery address/.
5. The purchase price of the products is expressed through a specific trade discount from the prices agreed with an authorized sales manager.
6. The agreed prices do not include VAT and excise duty.
7. The manufacturer and the customer have the opportunity to negotiate, through an authorized sales manager, exceptions to the agreed conditions for specific products regarding quantities, purchase values ​​and delivery costs of the products.
