Aroma: Intense, multi-layered and classic varietal nose, dominated by aromas of oil-bearing white rose and lychee, complemented by delicate powdered sugar. Exotic notes of pear and ripe pineapple unfold.

Taste: rounded and dense "butter" body. Fresh rose sensation combined with discreet fruity sweetness.

Final: long, soft and aromatic finish. Leaves a lasting sensation of sweet juiciness, flowers and a light spicy citrus peel.

Overall impression: elegant, varietal and highly expressive white wine. An excellent example of a well-balanced Gewürztraminer, in which the perfumed and exotic character is masterfully tamed by a pure structure.

Food suggestions: sushi, mildly spicy Indian or Thai curry dishes. Foie gras, pâtés and cheeses with noble mold, desserts.
