About the variety: one of the oldest and most valued Bulgarian varieties, grown in Northwestern Bulgaria. A natural cross between Tamyanka and a now extinct Balkan variety, distinguished by a discreet Muscat profile.

Color: pale golden color.

Aroma: leading notes are white blossom, hyacinth and a slight hint of wildflowers. Discreet aromas of green apple, pear and citrus peel. Hint of nutmeg.

Taste: elegant and balanced body. Muscat-citrus nuances.

Final: crunchy fruit and mineral softness.

Overall impression: wine for every occasion and company, light and aromatic.

Food suggestions: light summer salads, salads with herbs or fruit dressing, fresh and young cheeses, vegetarian dishes and especially asparagus.
